For those of us who KNOW, they are something we can sometimes see just by looking (much like a person’s aura) and often find in photographs.

When I say know, I mean … not believing, not thinking, not hoping, but absolutely positively knowing and experiencing regularly things happening in the unseen realms. According to Sandra Ingerman, shamanism is the ability to navigate in the unseen.
