Reality Check

REALITY CHECK by Takara

Because of my line of work/play, I know endless numbers of people that call themselves teachers and/or healers. These are individuals who assist others – or try to – in healing, empowerment, and enlightenment. They may write books. They may do “readings.” They may offer hands on healing or other forms of energy work. They may channel. If you are one of those people – listen up. If you seek help from those individuals, then listen up. The channel is only as clear as the channel is clear. Yes I’ve said that before. And I will continue to say it.

If a person’s life isn’t working, if their health is failing, if they can’t pay their bills, if they keep having one disaster after another, then they have work to do. That work is on themselves, and not others. You can’t help anyone until you have helped yourself.

On the Hawkins Scale of Consciousness (1 to 1000), where do they sit?

Where do you sit? The answer to that question is vital. What is the percentage of “truth” in this book, in this sentence, in the readings being given by so and so? I often ask these questions about myself and others. Its time that you start asking those questions as well.

Just because a person has the ability to hear, or see, or feel something that you don’t, doesn’t mean that what they are “getting” is good information or even beneficial information for you or anyone else. In fact, sometimes it can be very disempowering and detrimental information. And you will believe it. And then you will go down the wrong road. You will be off track. You will be heading away from your goal of personal evolution, instead of towards it.

I see it happening every day.

Now on the one hand, if you listened to what someone else had to say and went down a detrimental path, it was for the learning. On the other hand, you don’t have to do that. You can use discernment.

Its time to take back your power. It is time to trust your own answers and guidance.

And if you are a teacher or healer, it is time to work on yourself. In From Fear to Freedom there is an empowerment gage. All you have to do is look at the gage and you know instantly where you need work. Even without the gage, you can ask yourself any of the questions about how things are going with your relationships, your health, your career, your finances, the amount of fluidity or drama you exerience, and you know instantly that you need work and in what area. You are never done. You are never finished.

What happens when psychic gifts open up suddenly? From what I’ve seen, the person’s ego becomes so huge they forget that they are still human and have endless lessons still to learn. They think that they “have arrived” and they have all this great stuff to offer others. In their own mind they are the grand teacher, the great guru, the great savior of humanity.

Unfortunately, all information goes through the human mind and if the human mind is still cluttered with falsehood – which it is unless you have done massive amounts of deep work to clear that out – then the information, even the energy, is tainted.

Stop fooling yourself and get to work.

I admit that I don’t have all the answers. I admit that I still have work to do in certain areas. I’m very clear about where I need more work and I focus on those areas. I do tangible physical things to make improvements. I seek council and read books from those who have mastered those areas.

How about you?

First, on the Hawkins Scale of Consciousness, where are you? If the answer is below 500, then your main priority in life should be to get above 500. If you are above 500, then steadily evolve toward 1000.

How do you answer these questions? You learn to dowse or muscle test. I prefer a pendulum because by using a chart you can get the answer instantly instead of having to ask tons of questions to narrow it down to one number.

If you are muscle testing with another person, can that person influence the answer?

ABSOLUTELY!

What?

Thought is powerful. If the person muscle testing has an opinion about the answer to the question being asked, they can and will affect the answer. It takes skill and a great deal of practice to ask questions without expectations of outcome.

How do I know? Because I’ve muscle tested hundreds of people. And sometimes, just to prove this point, I would have them hold out their arm and without telling them what I was doing, in my mind I would think the words “I hate you” and I would try to get that feeling inside myself. Guess what happened every time? The person would lose all strength. Big burly guys couldn’t keep their arm up. My personal theory is that it is the emotion behind the words that causes the thought to have so much power. So, if you take something to your friendly neighborhood chiropractor or naturopathic physician or someone else who does muscle testing and they truly believe the thing is not beneficial, then you will test negative for the product or gizmo. Or it will show up only mildly beneficial.

And that is why I say learn to muscle test just using your fingers or use a pendulum. Find out the percentage that you are influencing the answers and then drive that number down to zero. I never dowse when I feel off-center. And I’ve learned to pull back and hold still my emotional body so I don’t influence the answers.

My dear friend and business partner, Millie Stefani – who is really up there on the Hawkins Scale – taught me this. When you pick up your pendulum and before you begin asking questions, ask if you are a green eyed grass hopper. Sometimes you will get a yes to that question. That means that your consciousness is not in your body and you are not balanced – and it means you have no business trying to dowse or muscle test until you are yourself again.

Where are you when your consciousness is somewhere else and what can you do about it? We’ll talk about that next time . . .
