I love this! It is always so wonderful to be reminded of the things that we lose to our focus on life in other regards. I would add ‘listen to your inner voice each and every day’ ~ a practice that takes practise! Thanks again!
You are very welcome Cheryl! Thanks for stopping by. In Life Works When You Are Happy, It Sucks When You Are Not, I have a chapter that talks all about continuing to practice. Its part of the Magnificent U Starter Kit – free from the form on this page.
I’m going to do number 12 soon! And it makes me already happy! California… I’m coming! ;)
Caroline – I spent several weeks in California this summer. I loved living there years ago. Have a truly great time!
Similar to #14. Love what you do and do what you love. People get stuck in a job that hate ans it destroys their spirit & quality of life.
That is so true Roz. I’m so glad I found the courage to leave corporate life and become an author and entrepreneur. It has made such a huge difference in my life.
Great tips for a healthy living, Debbie! Thanks for sharing!
You are very welcome Lorii – thanks for stopping by!
These are SO TRUE! Not always easy, though. It has taken me almost 30 year to past a difficult part of my life. Fortunately the past is finally now entering the past, and the good news is I’m remembering the good things instead of the bad things.
The tougher the situation, the harder it is to get over some times. But once you really cross that hurdle, WOW does life begin to look different. So glad you’ve pat the past back there where it belongs. Thanks for stopping by Tina!
This is a great list, Debbie. I especially like #3…except I call it “me time.” It’s something I never did for myself until I had no choice. We must take care of ourselves first in order to be able to help others. A lesson learned, the hard way. :)
Thanks for stopping by Alexandra. Yes, sometimes we don’t take care of ourselves, the Universe forces us to slow down and sometimes even stop for awhile.
Number 7… not taking life so seriously because worry shows on your face… that is one I particularly need to work on. I know better but then don’t let that worry go…. In general this is a great list. Thanks for sharing.
