You Can Be Magnificent ~ Interview Audio with Takara

I was recently interviewed on Inner Guide Empowerment Radio at the Awakening Zone with Brad Simkins.

This is what was written about the interview by my dear friend, Cyndie Lepori:

Join Takara as she takes us deep into meditation with the Journey with the Orcas. Takara tells us how to create a magnificent life full of Joy, Happiness, and Miracles. She speaks about how she started creating miracles for herself and how you can do it also. She tells of getting her divorce in one hour and 15 minutes by following her intuition. Takara discusses the importance of clearing, she discusses how to look at everything to clear it and the importance of and how it affects our manifestation. Takara talks about how she sat down with God and cleared old beliefs that stood in her way.

She lists the 4 Cs and how to do each one. Then she discusses the 4 states of being and how to achieve them. She lists and discusses the 5 essential practices to do every day. She discusses the benefits, and how it can increase your intuition, synchronicities, and start creating miracles in your life. If you go to her site www.magnificientu.com there are gifts and free downloads for your use. The last thing that she talks about is the importance of others when you are in crisis and how helpful it is to have a friend that you can talk to during your journey. A very fun and informative program!

* Thanks to Cyndie Lepori for these notes on tonight’s show. *

What is All This Spirituality Stuff About Anyway? by Takara

What is Spirituality by Takara

My son and I were having a lovely philosophical conversation recently and he asked me an interesting question. He wanted to know the point of all the spiritual beliefs and practices I share.

I found the question so intriguing that I thought I would share my response here with you …

We are all here as an emanation of the Divine, a spark of Divinity having a human experience. Yet we forget that fact.

We come in and from our very first breath, we are taking on the beliefs, fears, judgments and expectations of our ancestors through our DNA and from the parents, family, culture, and society we find our selves surrounded by, regardless of how true or false those things might be.

As we go through life we experience hardship, times when we are … Read more

How to Know When You Are In Flow by Takara

Know You are In Flow with Takara

It’s easy to know when you are not in flow because conflict, chaos, struggle, anger, sadness, and the need to “push” in order to make things happen are all too prevalent when you are out of sync with your Divine inner guidance.

Another sign is the feeling you have inside that something just isn’t quite right.

But how do you know when you are in flow, aligned with the Divine, expressing your highest potential in any given moment, and on track to fulfill your mission here on planet earth?

Those signs are easy to spot as well. Here are just a few:

  • you are in a state of inner peace, joy, and gratitude despite the outer circumstances you find yourself in or what another person says or does,
  • synchronicity accelerates,
  • unexpected opportunities seem to be around every corner,
  • tears of recognition, joy, gratitude are part of practically every conversation,
  • chills run up and down your spine quite often as you share truth with others,
  • manifestation becomes easier,
  • ease and grace seem to follow your every move,
  • you feel healthy and vibrantly alive,
  • you wake up excited to start your day,
  • situations and people that previously caused stress or upset don’t have that effect anymore,
  • decisions are easy, and
  • the “right” people and circumstances continuously come your way.

One of my favorite signs that I am in flow is the ease at which I find the best parking places even in very crowded locations.

The best way to describe being in flow is the feeling that you have. It is a state of being after all. You feel quiet elation. You experience an inner peace and joy that truly is beyond words.

The more you heal, let go of the past, embrace the now, surrender to the bigger plan for your life, allow life and situations to unfold without resistance or upset, the easier all of life becomes.

Being in joy and inner peace are your natural state of being. It takes a considerable amount of work, and often assistance, to undo the limiting beliefs and fears you have, but wow is it worth it.

If you are not experiencing these signs routinely, it simply means that you need to find ways to become more centered, balanced, aligned with the Divine, and rid yourself of the blocks and limitations you still have.

Through the various products, programs, and private sessions that I offer, I assist you with that and so much more.

It is my mission on this earth and it brings me great joy to watch and assist others as they step into their true magnificence.

Have a deLightful day,

Growth Isn’t Always Easy by Takara

Extraordinary things have been happening lately as I work with clients and friends in private consulting sessions. Radical breakthroughs, instant shifts, suddenly the ability to hear one’s guides having never been able to hear them before, a person feeling validated and understood for the first time in their life, and so much more are becoming commonplace. As new aspects of me come in, much more is available to my clients.

But, and this is a very big but, growth NEVER happens when you are comfortable. One of the things I always tell clients is you need to “get comfortable with being uncomfortable.”

95% of the time I come across extraordinarily kind and compassionate. I’m never abrupt, or what someone might consider mean, on purpose or for selfish reasons. Sometimes what I say or do appears that way to the receiver, but truthfully saying the “right” thing, the thing that is going to make the biggest difference, but that may not be easy for someone to hear, actually takes a massive amount of courage and commitment on my part. It all comes from love.

If I always said the things you wanted to hear, I would be doing you a disservice. Because what you want is results, so we use whatever means is most effective in getting there.

Stuart Wilde, used to mess with everything – interrupting your pattern and working hard to blast you out of your comfort zone. He got us up at 4 a.m., took us off in silence one by one, stuck a light in our face, and aggressively asked questions interrogation-style. He kept us up half the night and fed us at weird times, so our schedule and body got all out of whack. He shot off a gun one time while we were in deep meditation to help us catapult our consciousness out of our body and easily travel for awhile in other realms. He was radical and that’s one of the many things I loved about him. He was considered the greatest metaphysician of our time. He was my first teacher. I learned many powerful things from his teachings and workshops. And then I went on from there.

He died not that long ago and I find myself remembering things lately about his wisdom and the events of the 8-day Warriors in the Mist training I did with him in New Mexico. Things I hadn’t thought of in years keep flitting through my brain. I sense him “hanging around” and it makes me smile.

Living by the Golden Rule

The Golden Rule

I’ve always tried to live by The Golden Rule. As I observe the words and actions of many political and religious leaders, I’m often baffled. If The Golden Rule applies, then how can this person think or act in this way? And how can other people listen to their words and observe their actions and actually agree with them?

The Golden Rule from 13 Different Religious Perspectives:

Baha’i Faith
Lay not on any soul a load that you would not wish to be laid upon you, and desire not for anyone the things you would not desire for yourself.
Baha’u’llah, Gleanings

Buddhism
Treat not others in ways that you yourself would find hurtful.
The Buddha, Udana-Varga 5.1

Christianity
In everything, do to others as you would have them do to you; for this is the law and the prophets.
Jesus, Matthew 7:12

Confucianism
One word which sums up the basis of all good conduct….loving-kindness. Do not do to others what you do not want done to yourself.
Confucius, Analects 15.23

Hinduism
This is the sum of duty: do not do to others what would cause pain if done to you.
Mahabharata 5:1517

Islam
Not one of you truly believes until you wish for others what you wish for yourself.
The Prophet Muhammad, 13th of the 40 Hadiths of Nawawi

Jainism
One should treat all creatures in the world as one would like to be treated.
Mahavira, Sutrakritanga

Judaism
What is hateful to you, do not do to your neighbour. This is the whole Torah; all the rest is commentary. Go and learn it.
Hillel, Talmud, Shabbath 31a

Native Spirituality
We are as much alive as we keep the earth alive.
Chief Dan George

Sikhism
I am a stranger to no one; and no one is a stranger to me. Indeed, I am a friend to all.
Guru Granth Sahib, pg. 1299

Taoism
Regard your neighbour’s gain as your own gain and your neighbour’s loss as your own loss.
Lao Tzu, T’ai Shang Kan Ying P’ien, 213-218

Unitarianism
We affirm and promote respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part.
Unitarian principle

Zoroastrianism
Do not do unto others whatever is injurious to yourself.
Shayast-na-Shayast 13.29

The Golden Rule is a way of stating how to positively use the Universal Law of Cause and Effect which applies everywhere and in all things. The cause is a thought, word, or action by you. The effect is the result you will get from that thought, word, or action.

You’ve heard the saying, “What goes around, comes around” or that giving and receiving are just the opposite sides of the same circle. It is absolutely true. And its time that we all practice this principle much more diligently.

Have you ever contemplated who the “other” is, referred to in these teachings? My interpretation is that the “other” represents any being on this or any planet, reality, or dimension. To many people that is quite a stretch of the principle. It is my truth. It is what The Golden Rule means to me. I don’t step on ants. I treat dogs as nicely as I would a small child. Plants are my friends. And I practice harmlessness.

Knowing how to treat others is so simple. Ask yourself if you were in their shoes, would you like this to be said or thought or done to you? And then take the appropriate action based on the answer. If your words, thoughts, or actions don’t uplift or empower another, then make another choice.

How do you want to be treated? Then treat all others that same way.

If you want to feel joy, then do things that bring joy to others.

If you want to know love, then learn and express true love and acceptance of everyone. O.K. no-one said this was always easy. But this Universal Law holds whether you want to participate or not.

If you don’t like it when people talk about you behind your back, gossip about you, or judge you, then stop judging others – that means everyone in your field of perception. Not just your family, co-workers, and friends or enemies, but also people in the news, political leaders, movie stars, even terrorists. You can look at the actions of another with discernment, deciding whether spending time with them or taking the same actions yourself is appropriate. But when you begin to judge whether it is right or wrong, then you are telling the Universe – through the law of cause and effect – that you are ready to be judged by others.

I said the law was simple. I did not say the law was easy. It can be, of course, but it requires a great deal of letting go of what is right or wrong, good or bad. It requires rising above polarity or duality consciousness.

There are a few nuances about the Law of Cause and Effect that are important to explain.

First, you can’t be attached to your giving or to how the Universe will supply you with what you are asking for. Many people give in order to receive. They think to themselves, “I’ll give this money to this church so that God will give me money some other way.” But that is giving with strings attached. So any money you receive will also have strings. You should give, instead, as an affirmation that the Universe is an abundant place and you KNOW you are abundant and money is ever flowing to you. Not you HOPE you are abundant. You KNOW you are abundant.

How do you achieve knowing? As in all things, you have to recognize and then transform all of your disempowering beliefs – including your belief in lack – into Divine truth.

Second, you have to allow yourself to receive. This is where trying to consciously apply the law of cause and effect stops working for most people. Subconsciously, they do not feel worthy of receiving. They feel they aren’t good enough to receive love, money, acknowledgement, friendship, good health, happiness, etc. As long as you feel unworthy, you will never receive the things you desire. You can work from morning to night and still never have anything because deep down you don’t feel you deserve anything. Again it requires healing.

Third, you always receive through precession. You never receive from straight in front of yourself. Another way to put that is, you never receive directly back from where you give.

Buckminster Fuller coined the term precession. It means that when you are looking straight in front of yourself anticipating money or love or whatever to come your way, it won’t. It always comes to you at a 90 degree angle away from center. One might say that “The Universe brings your supply from left field.” If you are putting your attention on a project, or a person, that is not where you will receive. Something completely unexpected will come to you from the side – usually in the form of an opportunity, one you very often miss.

The perfect example of precession is how my former husband, Raven, entered my life.

I had taken the time to write down all the things I wanted in a relationship. I then completely surrendered and let go of my attachment to ever actually having the perfect person in my life – no strings, no expectations, totally fine with or without it. I learned to love and accept others and myself.

One day I felt inspired (was intuitively guided from within) to go to a particular store to introduce the owners/managers to a product I was promoting. I got all dressed up with presentation in hand and headed out the door. I was very nervous. I’d never shared this product with a store before.

As I entered the store, I caught the eye of a very attractive man. We smiled at one another and I proceeded to the counter to give my little presentation. Lucky for us, the store manager was a very “in tune” person. When I asked if he would like a demonstration, he looked at me and this guy, and then asked the guy to come over and have the demonstration. The guy could then tell the manager what he thought.

I didn’t make any sales that day. I was focused on business and instead the Universe handed me my future husband – Precession.

Of course as you grow and evolve, your desires often change. My husband and I grew in different directions and the relationship eventually ended. Had I healed more things first, I may have met someone else entirely.

If you continue to heal and grow and are open to receive, watching the subtle signals that are happening all around you all of the time, you will be blessed with love, wealth, kindness, and the other things you have given freely without need for their return.

Blessings to your journey,
TakaraSignature

Being a Player in a Much Bigger Game

As I watched the footage on the new trailer for the BBC special, The Girl Who Talked to Dolphins, I began to weep. It hit me so hard what was really playing out here on the planet and that I, for whatever reason, had been part of some grand unfolding plan.

When you are going along, doing your life, and then suddenly realize you are part of something significantly bigger and more important, it can be a bit overwhelming and very definitely humbling.

I had no idea, back in the mid 90’s, when I walked away from the corporate world, from the pharmaceutical industry and the nice big steady paycheck I was used to receiving, what a giant leap I was making in … Read more

The U.K. to Censor Esoteric Websites

black_no_censorship_buttonWhen I read that post title on Facebook about a comment made by the Prime Minister, David Cameron, I couldn’t believe what I was reading.

Very interesting stuff!

I completely agree that something should be done about … pornography. I’m not sure what the answer is and restricting a person’s freedom and forcing them to think and behave in ways the government or religion or some other organization deems fit is probably not the answer. What if it was taxed like alcohol and cigarettes? At least those two things are taxed in the U.S. I’m not sure about in the U.K.

When things get banned or censored, instead of causing people to abide by the new rules, many people work overtime to get around them. Prohibition didn’t work.

If porn sites are inaccessible, then just like during prohibition, where there is a will there is a way and I’m sure people who are motivated will find ways around that. I mean China has a system in place so the people can’t use Google or Facebook. But there are definitely people in China who are accessing things that the government there doesn’t want them to.  There are over half a million Chinese users of Facebook alone.

But the reason for this post is not about porn sites and censoring them. It’s about censoring esoteric websites in the U.K.

Esoteric!

Seriously?

And who gets to decide what is and is not esoteric? And why is it being banned by a country famous for its use of psychics and mediums? If a website uses the word angel, are they esoteric? I mean where is the line drawn and why is there a line in the first place and who gets to decide that religious is “right” and esoteric is “wrong?”

I guess they will have to ban Facebook since there are tons of spiritual / esoteric / metaphysical / self-help pages and groups on there. Gosh, if someone is from the U.K., I guess they better get off my facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/DebbieTakaraShelor) because I am highly likely at one time or another to reference or state something that could be considered esoteric.

And of course Amazon and Amazon U.K. would have to be banned also since you can buy any number of esoteric items on there. Oops, eBay as well. Do they have Craigslist in the U.K.? I’m sure you could find something esoteric at a yard sale somewhere in the U.K.

Is the Law of Attraction esoteric? Hmmm. What about meditation? Or the use of affirmations?

Let’s see energetic clearing work, energetic healing, color, sound, time in nature, crystals, faeries (fairies), dowsing (also extremely successfully used in the U.K.) all would need to be blocked by the U.K.’s firewall of protection.

So does that mean all the well-established and very successful companies operating out of the U.K. that offer esoteric tools, books, and wisdom are going to be banned by their own country?

If St. Francis of Assisi were living today, he would definitely be considered esoteric, along with every other person who has achieved the miraculous without leaving their religion.

This is VERY DANGEROUS territory and if I lived in the U.K., I would be mighty upset.

Yes, here in the U.S. we definitely have a problem with big brother watching over our shoulder, reading our activity online and listening in on phone conversations. Those are things to be very concerned about.

The U.K. apparently has a lot to be concerned with also.

Every self-help, motivational, inspirational, success teacher out there is helping their readers and clients become empowered, step into their truth and achieve their full potential as an individual. Some of the methods used could definitely be considered esoteric.

My recommendation to those in the U.K. who are interested in ancient wisdom, esoteric teachings, and the like is to buy your books now or visit Scribd and start downloading immediately.

Time to jump on your surfboard and ride the waves of change because the waves are getting bigger and its a very deep ocean out there,

One Divine Moment is All It Takes by Takara

Just one moment.

That’s all it takes.

To change absolutely everything.

It literally happens in the blinking of an eye.

Just one …

Divine encounter, past life memory, dream, or experience is all it takes to completely blast through the distortion and delusions of the fear-based existence most people live day in and day out.

When a person has that one Divine moment, all the pretense, the falsehood, the fear, the misinterpretation of the words passed down through eons simply falls gently away. It is the rebirth that religions talk about.  I was 14 when it happened to me. I had another similar experience at 33 and now Divine moments are pretty commonplace in my life.

If more people could experience a life transforming Divine moment, there would be no more war. There would be no need for anger or hatred or condemnation. The fear of death would fall away. There would be empathy, compassion, and the desire to assist others rather than make them wrong. There would be only creativity and joy filled living.

Imagine how your life would change if you no longer feared death?

Those moments don’t happen by reading a book, praying, listing to ranting and raving and other emotional manipulations by a speaker. They happen, always, when you least expect them. And they are profound and they change your life forever.

There is no need to discuss whether abortion is or is not “right.” When you have experienced the Divine, you know reincarnation is real. You know you are eternal. You know that you have lived before and will continue on after this body returns to dust. So the whole conversation about abortion is based on a fear-based illusion that this life is all that there is and if you only believe in some savior, you get to move on. The soul coming into the body is as eternal as you are. It can not die. Just like all energy, it can not be destroyed, it can only change form. If it comes into a body that dies – for whatever reason – it simply comes into another body when the timing is right and the situation will suit its needs as an evolving being.

I find it “interesting” that those who are so adamantly against abortion have no problem taking up arms and killing people from another country or faith, killing animals for food, killing period. Yet the book says “thou shalt not kill.”

So which is it?

“For God and country” is a poor excuse to be brutal, unevolved, arrogant, combative, conquering, and territorial – to force your beliefs on others.

I absolutely know what God (what I call the Divine Presence) wants me to do, be, and experience in each moment. Sometimes its easy to live up to those inner promptings. And sometimes it is bloody hard. I have spent the last 20 years fine-tuning my ability to get the message clearly.

I don’t pretend to know what God’s plan is for you. That is between you and God and it is not up to me, some religion, some book, or anything else.

God is love. God heals. God is all knowing, all loving, everywhere and in all things. God does not have favorites and does not care if you are a card carrying member of this or that religion.

In the west, God is worshiped as a separate being. In the east, they are mostly concerned with the spark of Divinity within. The truth is, both are equally important. God is everywhere and in all things. There is also a spark of Divinity within you and within everyone you meet.

If you treat your own body as a temple, healing the emotional wounds and distortions you hold about things, your relationship with the inner and outer forms of Divinity will improve.

A time does come when you are in total flow. You have fine tuned your intuition and cleared your distortions to such a degree that you know what to say, where to be, and what to do in every moment. It is your Divine birthright to be in this Divine flow with the universe. However, someone can’t “fix” you and get you there. You can have all sorts of assistance. But there are many aspects to the spiritual evolutionary journey that are up to you. You will absolutely be required to forgive people you have not forgiven, do things you are uncomfortable with doing, and have conversations you are not comfortable having. Growth requires change and change is often uncomfortable.

The results are miraculous though – so the discomfort is definitely worth it.

There are those who spontaneously awaken to their spiritual gifts or take a class that turn on certain skills. They might suddenly have visions or be able to read things psychically or facilitate healing. This sudden awakening, without preparation, emotional healing, or energetic clearing often results in arrogance and distortion. I’ve seen so many readers and healers that fall into this category. You don’t want to be one of them.

Clear your space. Clear your mind, emotions and body. Become a pure vessel, a clear vessel, a pristine space where Divinity dwells. If you feel shame, blame, or victimhood, have not forgiven someone, feel hatred, judgment, and prejudice against others, then you have a lot of emotional work to do. That is what Dancing Dolphin Sacred Healing Oils & Mists are for. Let them hold you in a safe, high vibrational space that make healing easier on all levels.

Many blessings to you and your spiritual journey,

Life, Liberty, the Pursuit of Happiness – Freedom From Tyranny

Freedom

As Americans have gone about celebrating the 4th of July and their liberty and independence from what they considered tyranny and British oppression, I am reminded of the many ways in which humans continue to struggle with freedom in its many forms.

The definition from Dictionary.com – lib·er·ty [lib-er-tee] – noun, plural lib·er·ties.

1. freedom from arbitrary or despotic government or control.
2. freedom from external or foreign rule; independence.
