The Spring Equinox Celebration Rocked

The Spring Equinox Celebration Rocked

What a fantastic Spring Equinox Celebration we had at Spirit of Nature Retreat. All I can say is this place was definitely buzzing with energy. By 2 in the afternoon we had close to 30 people in the Healing Sanctuary drumming and singing from many native traditions. We had our ceremonial drum in the center. Four people can play it simultaneously.

Have you ever been to a celebration or ceremony and nothing was happening? I mean they are “doing” all the right things. Whoever is facilitating it has on a lovely outfit. The incense and candles are burning. There is a prayer invoking the other realms whether it be God and angels in a church or the four directions or ascended masters from some other tradition. And you don’t feel anything. There is no energy moving. There is no life changing insight brought to your conscious mind. You aren’t uplifted by the experience.

Then I say, “What’s the point?”

It’s kind of my unwritten motto that if people don’t have some sort of “noteworthy experience,” then why bother. There are people that like the rituals and the superficial things being done and don’t really want to “feel” something. That would mean they had to let go of something or change in some way. But I want to know when it’s over that something really powerful happened. I’ve sat in church and had Shekinah – The Holy Spirit – come around and fill me with wave upon wave of euphoric bliss. The glory of God. Fantastic.

Have you ever been to or seen a Native American PowWow? When a group of singers (that’s what they are called) gather around and beat the big ceremonial drum and sing and chant, it is sooo powerful. The energy is definitely moving. It hits me right in the heart chakra. O.K. so I am very sensitive.

But you get a group of people with intention hitting a drum at exactly the same time, singing powerful songs, and see if something doesn’t happen for you. Well, we had a lot of that happening here at the Spring Equinox Celebration as we connected in with the 8000 drums for peace.

Then Raven began the teaching/sharing circle. O.K. so I’m going to acknowledge Raven and his gifts now.

All around the world people do purification and renewal ceremonies that involve something similar to a Native American Sweat Lodge. In those rituals, people go into a darkened place, sweat, and pray.

The Earth Sky (sweat) Lodge is Raven’s creation – based on many traditions and his own internal guidance. The “lodge experience” begins the moment a person arrives at Spirit of Nature Retreat.

I don’t know if you are a person who leads groups, but the ability to do it well is something that for some takes years of practice and for others is simply an innate gift. Raven has that gift.

When I was in the corporate world I specialized in team development. How to take people from diverse backgrounds, with diverse ideas, with diverse needs, and create a oneness between them. I had to teach them to honor and respect each other’s insights and ideas – not a small task when they have never been taught those skills and no-one in their life has ever treated them that way. And those who research team development have concluded that the best teams contain only 5 to 7 members. Fewer than 5 and one person dominates everything. More than 7 or 8 and the shy people don’t say a word – they are too afraid of rejection.

So it takes a gifted individual to set up the space and hold that safe and sacred space to allow large groups of people to each take their turn in a circle and share the truth about what is in their heart, their fears, their challenges, what they are most thankful for right now. It happens consistently here. And this is among a group of people who have never met each other before. I sometimes feel like that experience alone is enough. Connecting with other humans, realizing we are loved and cared about, discovering that other people face similar challenges to the ones we face, it is very powerful.

But of course, there is the lodge. At the Spring Equinox Celebration, we had so many people that the lodge was full and while it was going on I led a kind of workshop, ceremony, Golden Water Activation meditation with the others present. We had such a great time.

I got to share for the first time ever in a group setting one of the exercises in Freeway to Freedom – removing ALL ILLUSIONs. One of the participants told me afterward that she knows that particular exercise is why she felt guided to come to our Equinox celebration.

The Golden Water Activation was again a very powerful experience. It is a global meditation I’ve been leading since 1998 each Fall and Spring Equinox.

Kaye Ogilvie from Australia shared with me that David Adams told her he could feel when our group joined in. This year I was guided to include the platinum ray in the meditation. I just love that energy. I’m so delighted that David has introduced me to Kaye. She has agreed to do some artwork for me – hopefully, a book cover or two.

I can’t tell you much about the sweat lodge because I wasn’t in there. But I know what typically happens – people experience huge insights and understandings, they see animals and other visions, they feel things happening and shifting in their physical body, they feel renewed, they feel clear, they emerge with a new sense of purpose.

And of course, no celebration, at Spring Equinox or any other time, is complete without feasting. And we had quite a feast.

Blessings to all those who attended. It was a joy to share the experience with you. And blessings to all those people around the world who joined in for the Global Marine Meditation and the Golden Water Activation.

Blessings,

Shamanism

The Healing Power of Shamanism

Shamanism

What is Shamanism and Who is a Shaman?

A person who practices shamanism can be defined as someone who sees in the dark (psychically, energetically). Another description is someone who works in the unseen or spiritual realms.

Shaman is actually a Tungus word that comes from Siberia. It is commonly used in reference to a person who has special abilities and training in working in these spiritual energetic realms for the healing of individuals, the betterment of their community, and for being of service to humanity.

The term does not mean the same thing as Medicine Man (or woman) or Holy Man (woman). These are terms that describe different types of leaders, healers, and priests within many tribal cultures. The roles of these people vary from culture to culture and follow historical and traditional guidelines.

In contemporary society, these words are often interchanged, over used, and misunderstood.

Today we have energy healers, herbalists, homeopaths, naturopaths, and countless other methods and modalities for healing. There are a myriad of devices that attempt to assist people in the healing of physical and mental or emotional dis-ease. Many of these modern approaches are effective within their scope of purpose.

Shamanism is Holistic in Nature

This approach to healing is multifaceted and holistic. The focus is on the whole person: body, mind, and soul. Healing takes place within the spiritual (energetic) realms and then affects the mental/emotional and physical bodies as it penetrates and affects the whole being. The Shaman also often recommends changes in the person’s lifestyle and thought patterns.

A person is made up of more than just their physical body. They have a mental, emotional, and spiritual body as well. These bodies outside the physical body are known as the aura. Each “body” vibrates faster than the one below it. The physical body is the densest. The particles that make up this body are the slowest moving and therefore can be seen with normal vision. Surrounding the physical body is the mental body. Outside of it is the emotional body and finally the spiritual body. These bodies can be seen by people trained and/or gifted with psychic sight also known as clairvoyance.

There is also the gift of hearing what cannot normally be heard, known as clairaudience. And simply “knowing” things without psychic sight or vision is known as being clairsentient. A Shaman uses these skills to work in the energy bodies to transform disharmonious energies.

Disease Begins Outside the Physical Body

From a Shamanic perspective, disease (dis-ease), illness, imbalance and dis-harmony usually start in the outer, more ethereal energy bodies. These imbalances or disharmonious energies in the energy bodies (fields) can occur because of many factors including detrimental beliefs and fears, curses and negative thought projections from others, ancestral issues, alcohol and/or drug use, negative thought forms, physical, sexual, or emotional abuse, past life and other traumas, negative energies in the home or workplace, entity attachments, etc.

If the imbalance is not corrected, it then moves inward through the emotional and mental and finally manifests in the physical body as disease. If you heal or transform the imbalance at the spiritual level, all of the other bodies, including the physical body, will be affected.

A Shaman has the ability to locate and work with these imbalances in the person’s energy field using energetic tools and the skills mentioned earlier. Assuming the person then takes positive steps to change their lifestyle, beliefs, and behaviors, true and permanent healing can occur.

Let’s look at an example such as cancer.

Western Medicine is Not Holistic in Nature

Western medicine approaches disease from a combative point of view using surgery and medications. They are trained to diagnose and treat disease. They seldom look for the underlying cause and rarely concern themselves with the mental, emotional, or spiritual factors. Therefore the treatments are directed at the densest lowest level, the physical body, of the individual.

This type of cure can, and often is, effective. It is also often only temporary. In medical terms, they call it remission because they know it is likely to return.

From a Shamanic perspective, since the energetic cause of the disease has not been addressed, no healing has occurred. The energetic imbalance that caused the disease in the first place still exists in the energy field. Thus the pattern will often reoccur in the physical body at a later time.

A few things have to occur in order for true healing to take place.

A person has to take responsibility for their choices and behaviors that have created the disease.

They have to learn about, take responsibility for, and make changes that will allow healing to take place. Then they have to find someone, a Shaman, who can assist them in their healing process.

Once the energy pattern is corrected, the person must continue to live a new lifestyle, acting and thinking in entirely new ways, in order to maintain their new level of health. If they simply return to their old patterns of acting and thinking, they are likely to create the same problems all over again.

Shamanic healing is a personal journey.

A Shaman or Healer is someone who can assist a person along this journey: to guide, to facilitate and to encourage. It is ultimately up to the person themselves, however, whether healing occurs or not.

Shamanic healing – like other forms of alternative or complementary medicine – is often done in conjunction with, or in addition to, traditional western medicine. (Anyone with a serious condition should seek professional assistance from a trained healthcare practitioner.)

Even some western medical doctors are studying shamanism these days. My former husband, Raven, had the privilege of providing them with a sweat lodge experience when they’ve visited Santa Fe, New Mexico for such training.

How to Develop a Deep Nature Connection

How to Develop a Deep Nature Connection

People today have lost their nature connection. Instead of sitting on the earth, they now sit in a vehicle while stuck in traffic on the way to a building where they sit all day at a desk under artificial lights.
I have never understood the mentality of abusing and mistreating others, animals, or the earth. Yet every day that goes on all over the globe.
I cried for a week over the dead buffalo scene in … Dances with Wolves.
I believe strongly in the Golden Rule, “treat others the way you wish to be treated.” As I’ve stated many times, “others” for me include not just people, but animals, plants, the land itself. I’ve never been able to see color or species as a separator. I just see beautiful unique individuals all deserving of love and respect. Of course, I’ve had spontaneous past life memories of being native, African, and animal. Everyone on the planet seems to be “my people.”
I remember introducing my then in-laws to some of my native friends when I lived in Santa Fe. After spending time with them, my in-laws commented that they had never met anyone with the level of peace these people exhibited. They had that to say about me as well.
From my teaching (what I’ve received directly from Source through what I call Divine Revelation), we are here to develop and master 4 relationships. The relationship with:
1) self,
2) God (Creator, Great Spirit, the Divine Presence, etc.),
3) others (all others, not just other people), and
4) the earth.
Many people have lost all touch with the Earth and their nature connection. They also operate completely from their head and not their heart. It is a level of consciousness. Having a deep connection to the Divine requires that one develop a reverence for all of life, to develop a deep connection with nature and self, and come from a heart space rather than a purely intellectual one. It doesn’t mean you turn off your brain. It means you learn to get in tune with your feelings, your intuition, your connection with All That Is.
From that place, life flows differently. There is less chaos, confusion, and self-doubt and more love, grace, ease, and flow.
How to Develop a Deeper Connection to Nature:
  • hike (avoid places where there are lots of noisy people or motors disturbing the natural tranquility of nature),
  • sit on the earth or on a large bolder in silence and just feel and hear and see the beauty around you (even better if you sit on the earth inside a medicine wheel),
  • garden (organically of course), get your hands in the soil (no gloves) and feel the earth between your fingers,
  • go barefoot on the earth (never on ground that has been sprayed with pesticides and other harmful chemicals – never use toxic chemicals in your garden or anywhere else!),
  • place a bird feeder near a window and stop to watch the birds and other wildlife as often as possible,
  • kayak, canoe, raft, etc. (spend time on water without the distortion of motor noise),
  • anytime you see an animal, stop everything to watch it for awhile,
  • even indoors, listen to recorded nature sounds, fountains, or wind chimes,
  • begin to track the moon phases,
  • always make it a point to go out and gaze on the full moon,
  • spend a little time in the sun every day (never allow yourself to burn and avoid sunscreen if at all possible. That usually means you have to build up your time in the sun slowly day by day),
  • acknowledge the Spring and Fall Equinox, Summer and Winter Solstice (do something in nature – many people participate in drumming circles, sweat lodges, dancing, or sitting in silence in meditation, etc. on those days),
  • watch videos or documentaries that help you explore the various aspects of nature, and finally
  • join my Wild Dolphin Lovers group on Facebook to enjoy beautiful water, dolphin, and whale images, videos, and stories.
Connecting with nature is one of the 5 ways I recommend you develop personal mastery.
Energy Healers Shsman

Energy Healers, Shamans … And Knowing Who to Trust

Energy Healers Shsman

Energy Healers and Shaman

Most spiritual seekers have had an energy healing session of one form or another. Perhaps they have had some sort of color sound therapy, or seen a shaman or other medicine person for a soul retrieval or other process. They have probably had a Reiki session or even been trained in that modality. Typically those seeking energy healing assistance are looking to heal something physically or mentally/emotionally. Or perhaps they want to break through a pattern in which they feel stuck in one or more areas of life.
I had a spiritual awakening back in 1993. Almost immediately I found books by Stuart Wilde who then became my first spiritual teacher. And I found Karen Schweitzer of the Body Mind Center in Reading, PA, who soon became not only a dear friend, but my go-to energy healer and spiritual adviser for many years. Week after week I went for Reiki sessions, her unique form of past life regression and many other sessions and experiences. I had years of physical and mental / emotional abuse and trauma/drama to heal. Karen helped me find inner peace, taught me numerous practical  techniques for handling stress, and recommended great classes and books. Practically every time I went home from a session with her, it was with a book she was loaning me to read or a stone or object that she had infused with healing energy for me to work with until next time. It was a beautiful time of exploring and involved a massive amounts of energy clearing. I feel so blessed to have found her.

Physical Pain and Entities

Up until the day I met Kaaren Shikiah Kaylor, I had never needed, or even thought of, having an energy session for physical pain. I so rarely have physical pain. But living in Santa Fe, New Mexico, the energies there brought up so many things, I often found myself dealing with phantom pain from past lives and had lots of encounters with disharmonious energy, vampires, energetic attachments, etc. Where there is light, there is also darkness.

We had just moved to Santa Fe a few weeks prior and I had been invited to have a booth at a Goddess Weekend in Madrid, NM. As I was setting up the booth, I suddenly began having excruciating back pain. I could hardly walk I was so uncomfortable. I was still setting up the booth when this woman, Shikiah, was doing the opening ceremony. When my then husband, Raven, came back to the booth after the ceremony, he said, “I scheduled you an appointment with Shikiah.” Hmmmm I am freaking picky about who I let work in my energy field. I had never laid eyes on her and yet, I was scheduled for a session. If it weren’t for the pain, I probably would have cancelled. I like to make my own appointments, thank you very much. hahaha

I walked down to the teepee where sessions were being held and went inside. It was so lovely and beautifully decorated in there. Shikiah and I instantly connected and have been dear friends ever since. I was sitting on a cushion and as I explained about the pain, she walked around behind me, grabbed whatever it was in my energy field and threw it off. Whatever it was had hold of me with such intensity that when it let go, I literally fell forward with great force and the pain was absolutely and totally gone, never to return. It was a truly strange experience and it let me know, quite dramatically, that entities are real. After that, whenever I had pain, Shikiah was the one I called on for help.

I Am an Energy Healer

I’m an energy healer, the kind naturally born with the gift. I’ve been called the Chalice of Divine Frequencies and many people come into center and balance just being in my presence or listening to my voice. I am an amplifier and clarifier and I am extremely intuitive. For the past twenty+ years I’ve been in Spirituality and “Energy Healing School” through various ways and means. It all began with Reiki … the doorway many walk through to enter the world of energy healing. It quickly expanded into something else entirely when the dolphin energy healers entered the picture and sort of took over my world. I say that laughingly and lovingly.
According to a channel in New Zealand, I work with “a very fine frequency . . . Feminine integrated energy.”
Hopefully by now you know the story of how I learned to meditate and as soon as I began meditating, dolphins started to spontaneously appear in my visions and dreams, bringing with them powerful energy healing frequencies and processes, which I was then able to transmit to others.

Whatever you are called to do as a true life purpose, those talents and gifts you came in to awaken, activate, fine-tune, and enhance, often require that you grow immensely in consciousness and awareness, healing layer upon layer of fear and limitation in order to step fully into that role. That’s what I’ve been up to for two decades … awakening, activating, fine-tuning, expanding, allowing, healing, growing, in a never ending spiral upward.

Like everyone, I’ve gotten stuck and required assistance to move forward on more than one occasion. I’ve developed friendships and business partnerships with people who showed up so I could fine-tune and hone my “bull shit” meter (pardon the language), my ability to read energy, my ability to sort between the truly, authentically, genuinely Light and the wolves in sheep’s clothing – those who appear light, use all the right words, appear to be intent on helping others, but are instead running hidden agendas and in some cases are energy manipulators or actual energy vampires. If you are going to work with energy, this is something you must master.

How to Tell the Dark from the Light

Sometimes developing the ability to tell the difference takes a bloody long time and the emotional damage created by getting involved with the wrong people can be devastating. Of course all of it is about the learning and there are never truly “wrong” people in your life. Everyone is there for you to learn and grow beyond whatever you are experiencing.
The more your heal your own issues, rise in consciousness and awareness, and have encounters with disharmonious, unkind, manipulative people, the easier it is to spot them next time. If you are on a spiritual path, these are part of the lessons one must learn. If you don’t heal the issues, you will continue to draw those same type of people until you have.

Manipulative Healers

Sadly, there are energy healers out there who do a disservice to others by telling them they have a particular problem, causing them to break down emotionally by pointing out a deep dark shadow issue, but fail to provide solutions. Those types of healers are definitely to be avoided. I find that behavior unkind and manipulative. It is about as irresponsible as someone doing energy healing who hasn’t fine-tuned their ability to see, feel, or hear what is happening in the unseen.
Talk about the blind leading the blind. Just as people you can see range from the Dalai Llama to serial killers, the unseen realms are teaming with everything from angels and Ascended Masters to downright scary entities that you really don’t want to mess with unless you have been trained to do so. Naivety and a few words of protection do not provide a safety net.
I recently read a thread on social media where a guy said he went to a shaman. The shaman told him that a sorcerer had placed a curse on him, but since he didn’t have much money and this was an initial free consultation, he was left with knowledge about this horrible thing going on, but no solution.

I jumped in to the conversation and agreed with someone else who commented about what you latch onto mentally causes a HUGE impact on your life experience. I almost never get readings and am extremely careful about who I let do any form of “healing” with me or do work on my energy field.
If what the shaman said was really there, they should have cleared it out completely, disconnected them from the person, and sealed up and protected their energy field, then taught them things to keep that going.
You have to take part in your own healing. You can’t be “fixed” entirely by another. A lot of it is belief and the release of fear.
Energetic attacks are real. But anyone talking about “bad” things that result in doubt and fear within a client, needs to also be giving them tools and advice about how to remedy the situation. Just planting seeds of doubt and fear is no good for anyone. It is, however, a great way to get repeat customers who need to be continuously “fixed.” Maybe that was not the shaman’s conscious intention, but it definitely could have been. As a side note, most true shaman would never call themselves that. As my dear teacher, Stuart Wilde, once said … If they call themselves a master, they aren’t.
The person went on to say that the healing was incomplete because it was initially a free intro. After discussing finances, the guy left depressed.

That sounds to me like a scam to get customers. It is, sadly, human nature to give power over to those who seem to know more than we do about various things – particularly when dealing with the unseen realms. When I say give power over, I mean believe, without any filters whatsoever, whatever they say.
And belief happens not only with the conscious mind, but the unconscious as well. You may think one thing and believe something else entirely. True healers, those born with the gift and who have spent years honing and fine-tuning it are rare.
When you have cleared, healed, and aligned yourself enough, then the energy and intention of others becomes more apparent. You can then, fairly easily, tell the energy level (meaning clarity and level of consciousness) of whomever you are going to for support.
Until then, you end up in situations like this person did. This is not a bad thing, it is a learning experience. The more difficult encounters you have had with energy and people running hidden agendas, the more you grow and evolve as a person. It’s like training wheels for your personal mastery.

Some Will Steal Your Power

Selo Black Crow, a Lakota Medicine Man, once looked me in the eye and said “Never go to a Medicine Man for healing because he will steal your power.” I was shocked to hear him say those words. But then I went to a female Native American friend and repeated what he said. She gave me this look that kind of said to me “you poor ignorant white girl” and said, “yes, everyone knows that.” Well I didn’t know it.
I am not at all saying that all Medicine Men, shaman, or energy healers will do these things. There are some extraordinary healers out there that can literally facilitate miracles. I’m just saying be careful and don’t assume just because they call themselves shaman or Reiki Master, and show you a laundry list of training certifications, that they are any different than other people. Some are nice. Some aren’t. It really is that simple.

How Can You Tell?

If you spend time with someone and afterwards you feel confusion, worry, exhaustion, or self doubt, that is a neon sign that you have been manipulated energetically and/or mentally. Clear the energy between you and spend less time with them if at all possible.

How often do you take the time to meditate, open the energy channels within the body, connect to the earth and your Higher Self?

These are actions I take every single day. I encourage you to do the same. As you continue the practice, you will become better at determining  people who are running harmonious empowering energy vs the opposite.

Have a glorious day,

My Love for Native American Culture

I am so truly blessed to have friends from many Native American and other indigenous “nations.” I’ve had the great good fortune of having some extraordinary experiences that many would consider shamanic or related to Native American culture, earth-based spirituality or indigenous in nature.

My intrigue began as a small child living in Texas. We often played cowboys and indians and I always insisted on being an indian (the term Native American was not yet part of my awareness at the time). I could close my eyes and literally feel the buckskin dress against my skin, the moccasins on my feet, the feathers in my hair, the pottery bowl in my hand. At the time I thought I was just making it up. Later, as I was being taken through the forest near Sedona, AZ by a professional guide, when I looked down, for a brief moment, instead of my hiking shorts and boots, I saw the buckskin dress and moccasins.

Sitting on the ground right in front of the dancer at Chaco Canyon on Summer Solstice, I could feel that they were literally “waking up” the earth with their dance. No one had danced there in 500 years – according to what they said that day.

I had a powerful vision while sitting in my sacred circle all day high up in the Sangre de Cristos after a sweat lodge early in the morning poured by a native man from back east somewhere. It was all part of Stuart Wilde’s 8-day Warriors in the Mist program.

Over the years I have participated in drum circles, medicine wheels, shamanic journeys, sweat lodges, riding horses bareback and blindfolded, walking barefoot on the earth, having numerous encounters with animals in the wild, sitting for hours by a stream being “downloaded” with information, soul retrieval, leaving gifts of blue corn meal or something else in nature in exchange for a shell, a feather, or a stone, having spontaneous past life memories flash through my mind as I traveled and hiked in locations all over the globe, listening for hours to storytellers sharing their own adventures or that of their people, and being a storyteller myself. Each of these moments was a powerful gift in my life, not just for the experience and insight it brought me, but because of the other people who were part of it with me.

Golden Water Dolphin Equinox Meditation for Planetary Healing with D. Takara Shelor

Hello Dear Ones:

Those who have read my books will already know this story. But for those who have not,  this is a quick summary. More than twenty years ago I “woke up” spiritually and began learning and teaching about personal and spiritual growth, energy healing, metaphysics, Divine truth, and more. It all began with …

I had hit the wall emotionally, literally cracked under the intense level of work stress I was under as a front line supervisor and engineer in a major pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. I had 40 employees that reported to me directly and every decision I made … Read more

Leading with Your Heart and Not Your Mind – Firewalking for Empowerment

Fire Walking for a Cause by Takara

I remember the time I walked on fire.

Now some people think about walking on fire and say, “So what?” because it is no big deal. Others look at you like you must be nuts – not being able to imagine doing it and wondering why anyone would want to.

I always fell into the first category. When I first heard about firewalking, I knew it was something I could do with little to no effort and certainly no cause for getting all bent out of shape. So I never intended to do it. I had nothing to prove and it didn’t feel like some challenge I needed to overcome.

Realigning Yourself with Earth Changes

Realignment with earth energies

There have been many earth changes lately.

Those really affect you, even if you don’t realize it.

We are all connected to the earth. Being out of alignment with the earth causes stress, lack of clarity, feeling off center. It even causes your various energy fields to spin out of alignment with one another and with the earth. It can cause you to be irritable and even have physical issues.

Here is a fast way to get relief and be more aligned. It is actually beneficial to do this every day as the energies everywhere are shifting and you are being re-calibrated to handle the higher frequencies.

Meditation for Realignment

Sit with your eyes closed. Take a few slow deep breaths. Focus your attention on your heart. Find something to feel grateful for.

Ask Archangel Michael to place a protective grid around you. I like to ask him to wrap his wings around me. It feels very nice.

Ground yourself by seeing giant roots growing down into the earth from each of your feet. See the roots grow and spread as far as possible. Feel yourself firmly anchored to the earth.

Ask for the dolphin spiral clearing and infusion to cleanse your field. You don’t have to stand and spin, just ask that it be done. The instructions are in the free ebook Dancing with Dolphins that you were gifted when you joined the newsletter list. If you don’t have the ebook, you can get it here.

Ask your High Self and Guides to:

  • realign
  • rebalance
  • reharmonize
  • recalibrate, and
  • upgrade you to the next level of your Divine blueprint.

See yourself bathed in the blue/silver ray. It is a shimmery baby blue. It is Divine alignment.

Thank Archangel Michael, the dolphins, your Higher Self and Guides.

I’ve made a new gem essence of the Divine Alignment vibration using Blue Kyanite. If you are very sensitive, the essence can greatly assist you. It can be found in the blends of Resurrection and Break Through.

Spend as much time as possible in nature, in meditation, and in silence to assist you to re-harmonize with what Earth is doing right now. Rest as often as possible.

Many people have let me know that they had dreams of earthquakes and tsunamis before they happen and they were throwing up as it occurred. I don’t know how to prevent you from having premonitions – I’m not even sure having premonitions is a bad thing. But this next exercise will help you to not have so many physical reactions as the earth is shifting.

Imagine a 2 foot thick magenta filter or buffer underneath you. It is always there where ever you are. Whether you are lying, or sitting, or standing it is between you and the earth. You can still ground, but you are grounding through a filter. You are still connected, but you don’t have to take on any detrimental earth energy. (I learned this from Amorah Quan Yin’s Pleiadian books.)

Some people are so sensitive that all the fear and mourning is causing emotional stress. If you are one of those people, just put yourself in a giant energy egg. Extend the magenta filter under your feet to all the way around you. You are in a giant magenta filter cocoon. Magenta is not only protective, but it is soothing and healing. It is a powerful ray. See yourself bathed in it.

Comment below and let me know what experiences you have using these techniques.

Spirit: A Journey in Dance, Drums, and Song by Robert Mirabel

Robert-Mirabel-Spirit

Once someone has become “awake” and aware that they are a spiritual being having a human experience, they often go down various trails of belief or philosophy in order to understand their true Divine nature.

My awakening happened over 20 years ago in the midst of an intense life experience. I was jolted out of my spiritual slumber and forgetting who I am into full knowledge that there is significantly more to life than what I wear, my job title, the people I hang out with, or the things that I do. Life, and my purpose in experiencing it, are vastly deeper than that.

The first trail I went down was that of Native American spirituality and shamanism. I listened to native drumming, built medicine wheels, visited the Southwestern United States along with many other sacred locations, took endless shamanic journeys through meditation, did sweat lodges, mini vision quests, and learned to commune with nature.

Better put, I remembered how to commune. The truth is, the ability to connect with and “be” with nature is innate to all of us.

As I look back on my life, I realize this desire to understand the native people and their connection with earth, air, sky, and water started much earlier than that. In fact, growing up in Texas, whenever we played cowboys and Indians, I was ALWAYS an Indian. Somehow deep down, there has always been a “call” and a connection to the indigenous cultures of the world.

The more I spent time in meditation and learned to connect with animals, trees, flowers, stones, water, fire, etc., the more enhanced and fine-tuned my intuition became. That inner guidance system lead me to people and experiences that were far from ordinary. On several occasions, while walking down a trail in Sedona, Arizona, or at the womb spring in Chimayo, NM, or on a hike to the falls in Tesuque, New Mexico, I’ve had spontaneous past life memories of being native.

I married a man who lead people on sacred hikes in New Mexico and also sweat lodges on our property. Because of this, I was quite blessed to have Shaman and indigenous medicine people from all over the world spend time at my home, break bread at my table, share their wisdom over stories and laughter.

We used to have a copy of this video and often showed it to those who came to visit our home.

I was reminded recently of this video by Robert Mirabel of Spirit: A Journey in Dance, Drums, and Song. I began watching it and by the 3rd song, I was in tears. Something about this video just touches me on such a deep level there simply are no words. I trust you will enjoy it too!

Thank you Robert Mirabel for this incredible work of meaning and art.

Have a fabulous day,

Magnificent U Online – Soon to Begin

As I mentioned in the previous newsletter, I’ve spent the last several years “receiving” and developing several new teachings and technologies for healing, regaining harmony, balance, wholeness, and achieving your dreams. Its a massive upgrade to some of my earlier teachings including Freeway to Freedom and the profound transformation so many people have experienced with my various technologies over the years. It is taking everything to a whole new level. I also realized that since Stuart Wilde, my first teacher, is no longer with us, its time to share the powerful things I learned from him.

The training includes a deep dive into relationships, the things you are here to master, how to develop a deep and profound relationship with your Divine Self and the dolphins, greatly fine-tuning and amplifying your intuition so you know where to be, what to say, and what to do in every moment, clearing, energetic protection, and so much more. But before I finalize everything and put it out there, I have two questions for you:
  1. Would you like to start mid-November or would you like to wait until the beginning of January – after the holidays?
  2. If there is something specific you would like to learn about energy healing, becoming healed and whole, or any of the other topics I discuss, please let me know so I can include it in this training.
Please leave a comment below with your answers.
Thanks!
