Realignment with earth energies

There have been many earth changes lately.

Those really affect you, even if you don’t realize it.

We are all connected to the earth. Being out of alignment with the earth causes stress, lack of clarity, feeling off center. It even causes your various energy fields to spin out of alignment with one another and with the earth. It can cause you to be irritable and even have physical issues.

Here is a fast way to get relief and be more aligned. It is actually beneficial to do this every day as the energies everywhere are shifting and you are being re-calibrated to handle the higher frequencies.

Meditation for Realignment

Sit with your eyes closed. Take a few slow deep breaths. Focus your attention on your heart. Find something to feel grateful for.

Ask Archangel Michael to place a protective grid around you. I like to ask him to wrap his wings around me. It feels very nice.

Ground yourself by seeing giant roots growing down into the earth from each of your feet. See the roots grow and spread as far as possible. Feel yourself firmly anchored to the earth.

Ask for the dolphin spiral clearing and infusion to cleanse your field. You don’t have to stand and spin, just ask that it be done. Spend as much time as possible in nature, in meditation, and in silence to assist you to re-harmonize with what Earth is doing right now. Rest as often as possible.

Many people have let me know that they had dreams of earthquakes and tsunamis before they happen and they were throwing up as it occurred. I don’t know how to prevent you from having premonitions – I’m not even sure having premonitions is a bad thing. But this next exercise will help you to not have so many physical reactions as the earth is shifting.

Imagine a 2 foot thick magenta filter or buffer underneath you. It is always there where ever you are. Whether you are lying, or sitting, or standing it is between you and the earth. You can still ground, but you are grounding through a filter. You are still connected, but you don’t have to take on any detrimental earth energy. (I learned this from Amorah Quan Yin’s Pleiadian books.)

Some people are so sensitive that all the fear and mourning is causing emotional stress. If you are one of those people, just put yourself in a giant energy egg. Extend the magenta filter under your feet to all the way around you. You are in a giant magenta filter cocoon. Magenta is not only protective, but it is soothing and healing. It is a powerful ray. See yourself bathed in it.

The American Dream Becomes a Living Nightmare by Debbie Takara Shelor


Take a good long look at your priorities.

Eventually, one day some day you realize that relationships are so much more important than the type of car you drive, the title you have at work, or how big your house it.

And trust me – I’ve had all those things. I used to travel by limo to New York City, drive a fancy gold sports car and then a red one. I have no way to count the number of ski trips I’ve taken staying in cliff side condos with roaring fireplaces and fine wine. I had the clothes and fancy dinners and on and on. I lived the American dream. I had the car, and the guy, and the job that everyone else was clamoring for.

But I was stressed beyond capacity and I was miserable. No-one else knew. I didn’t even know it. I had buried my emotions so fully that I didn’t recognize the truth of my situation. But just before the dam broke, and the truth came crashing out, there were tell tell signs everywhere. Like the day when one of my employees stopped me and said “You look awful. (Of course that is never a good thing to say to a women) This past year you have aged 10 years.” Oh God, and I had to look in the mirror and agree with him. Stress was killing me – emotionally, mentally, and physically. And there was no way to get out of the pressure cooker and still maintain the job and the life style. I was stuck. And you probably are as well.

But my soul had other plans. I didn’t come here to live and die by the American dream. I came here to do much more than that. I came here to find happiness. I came here to rediscover the truth – about God, about myself, about what is possible, about what really matters.

Camelot by Dancing Dolphin

I had my own little private Camelot for awhile. Life was grand. It was a magical time. I had tons of friends. I had a great guy. I was a cheerleader. I seemed to be good at almost everything I tried – dancing, acting, academics. I absolutely loved my life. I was happy and life worked.

And then we moved.

I might have done better jumping off a cliff.

I had lived in a few places previously, went to different schools in various parts of the country. But I had never before experienced cliques.

I went to Urban Dictionary to make sure I was spelling clique right. This is what they had to say: “Clique – Why i wish i wasn’t a teenager – A group, typically of teens, who exclude all who don’t fit into their stereotypical image of perfection, and conform to all the rules of this “perfection”. Often think they are showing outstanding originality and individuality, when they are in fact exactly the same. And this is the same for all subcultures. Usually hate “opposing” clique for no good reason other than they perceive/have been told that this is the right thing to do. Like to label people, so they don’t have to regard each human as an individual.” (I love Urban Dictionary, its the only place I know to look for what all those goofy little initials mean in text messages)

I went home in tears practically every day for almost a year. No matter what I tried – how I dressed, what I did, who I talked to, what I said, it just never seemed to work. I was miserable.

My heart and happiness were somewhere else – stuck in a tiny town in New Jersey. And slowly over time all those I loved in New Jersey began to write less and less and eventually not at all. Out of sight, out of mind I decided. (This was, of course, before cell phones, text messaging, live chats on Facebook, the internet, and email – a time when long distance calls were expensive. So we wrote letters. Too funny! No wonder we lost touch.)

It’s not like every single moment of every single day was terrible. I had many great times too. I made a few good friends. I went out with some really wonderful guys. I created numerous fond memories.

But rejection and having people say cruel things to and about you is a hard thing. I eventually learned to be cruel back – which was even worse. Being unkind is fundamentally against my nature.

I just couldn’t wait to get out. So, I moved out of that town and into my own apartment the day after I graduated from High School.

And as soon as I got out, the magic began again. I soon had many new friends. I met a great guy and was engaged almost immediately. I had a job that I enjoyed and it paid well. I was getting a degree from a great school. I was President of the student Chapter of the Institute of Industrial Engineers at Virginia Tech. We had 300 members. Obviously to hold a position like that, I had attained a certain level of popularity.

No-one’s life works all of the time. But it can always be more magical and more fun. Sometimes the day to day can be difficult and we lose our zest and passion for life.

We all want to be happy and to have our life work. That’s why I make the products I make and offer the technologies I create.

Inner Peace Dancing Dolphin Aromatherapy Flower Essence Blend

Do you ever feel stressed?

Of course you do.

We all do at one point or another.

Life has a way of knocking you off balance, throwing things at you that you were expecting, and being downright tough sometimes.

Things are really rocking out there! Aren’t they?

Earthquakes, tsunamis, deaths, police shootings, bizarre traffic accidents, missing planes, and a whole lot more have been happening. And that’s just within the last little while.

Last month was  a pretty wild ride. And things are just going to continue to be wilder still.

So, hold on to your surf boards kids, the emotional seas are a bit rough right now. Reminds me of the talking shrunken head on the Night Bus in Harry Potter. It says, “Its going to be a bumpy ride.”

If course I’m not really into predicting the future. Because when you just change one factor, any “reading” done about your life becomes completely null and void.

For anyone experiencing turbulence, rocky seas, chaos, conflict, or trauma drama of any kind the last few days, here are some tools to help you regain your center and balance. I know you will find them beneficial at other times as well.

Time in Nature

I recently got a call from a client in San Diego and my recommendation to her, and to you, is head to the beach. Take off your shoes and walk barefoot on the sand. Go into a quiet and centered place through meditation (Peering Through the Veil) or by simply walking and noticing nature.

Be in silence. Walking in nature while talking on a cell phone, to a friend, or listening to music is NOT communing with nature. And if I’m out there enjoying the silence, listening to the birds, the sound of water falling over rocks in a stream, or the sound of waves on the shore, I do not want to hear someone playing music (I don’t care what kind) or riding around on an ATV disrupting the glorious sounds of nature with the sound of a motor instead.

When I attended Warriors in the Mist, the 8-day training with Stuart Wilde, any time we were in motion, we were to be in silence – whether we were riding a ski lift to the top of the hill for our freaking early morning meditations, walking to various locations or riding in a van on our way to enjoy horseback riding. And even horseback riding was done in silence. I particularly enjoyed riding bareback. An amazing thing happens when you connect with the energy and rhythm of the horse in a way that you can feel his/her every move. Because of that experience and many of Stuart’s other teachings, I learned how to deeply commune with nature.

No beach … No problem!

Go for a walk anyway. One of the many reasons I wanted out of New Mexico was the inability to go barefoot very often. Where I used to live, there were these things called goat heads. On the underside of this harmless-looking plant were balls with some very painful spikes. The main spike could be 1/2 inch long. Thankfully we did have a lovely patch of grass in our outdoor sanctuary surrounded by trees, raised flower beds, and fountains.

Selo Black Crow, Lakota Medicine Man (deceased), told me that they (Native Americans) used to sit on the ground and then the white man gave them chairs. He went on to say they used to walk barefoot on the earth and then white man gave them shoes. He said we can no longer “see.” When you walk and sit on the earth in silence, you develop an ability to know and understand things.

When I was living on Palomar Mt. in Southern California, I spent hours every way walking through the fields of wildflowers and sitting on the ground writing. I was so in tune with nature and my own body that I knew the day I conceived. I knew right away it was a boy and later I knew he was backwards. I also knew what to eat and my intuition became greatly enhanced. I visited the ocean and walked and sat on the beach in silence at least once a week.

Nature is the great rebalancer and recalibrator. I am outside in silence every opportunity I get.

There is much more to nature than just the experience of silence and walking or sitting on the earth. Commune with the sun, the moon, and the stars. I grew up in Texas and later lived in New Mexico. Its sunny almost all the time in both locations. In between, I lived for a short time in Portland, Oregon. I loved Portland for many reasons. I loved the mountains, the huge river running through the middle of town, the lushness of the vegetation, the festivals, the people, the culture, the art, skiing on Mt. Hood, hiking, microbreweries, and so much more. From July through October, it is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. But the rest of the year – forget it. The rain and overcast skies were simply beyond my ability to bear. I need the sun.


The sun is a powerful energizer. Vitamin D is very important to your health,  which you get by spending time in the sun. I think most sunscreens are harmful. And … BIG and … never allow yourself to get a sunburn.

I always wear sunglasses except for a few moments each day when I take them off to allow natural light to reach my eyes. Never look directly at the sun.

Since I don’t use sunscreen, unless I absolutely must, that means I start SLOW and build up to longer periods in the sun. Now that its warm enough to shed a few layers of clothes and spend time in the sun each day, I limit my exposure to 15 to 20 minutes on each side if I’m sitting or lying down. I have very fair skin. I burn easily if I’m not careful, until I build up a base tan.

When I flew to Fiji to live on a yacht for 6 weeks, I did not have a great tan already. So, the first week on the boat, I had to use sunscreen. I didn’t like it. I used the most natural products I could find. But as soon as the tan was there, no more sunscreen for the duration.

My philosophy is that its better to gradually increase exposure to the sun each day than to use sunscreen. It is also very important not to ever burn. If the skin turns red, or even a little pink, it was exposed to the sun for too long. So, if I’m going to be outside for longer than my skin is ready for, I cover my body with clothing that has built-in sunscreen ability, wear a hat to protect my face and neck, and use sunscreen on the parts that will be exposed too long. If I accidentally burn despite these precautions, I use aloe vera, organic coconut oil and other organic nurturing lotions to assist in healing, and I avoid the sun for a few days until the burn has completely healed. Then I begin again to slowly building up my time in the sun each day.

Much of this article was written while I was siting outside in silence letting the sun warm my skin.

There are so many more ways to commune with nature and to rebalance and recalibrate. Hope these are of benefit.

I had to “wake up” years ago to the fact that western medicine did not hold all the answers. My health sucked and everything the doctors prescribed only made things worse.

It is great in an emergency – if you are bleeding or have something intense that needs immediate attention. But for long term wellness, it is seriously lacking. Medicating or removing things surgically does not consider the root cause. It doesn’t address lifestyle, stress, nutrition, or toxins in the environment. It doesn’t look at the body as a whole functioning unit – only individual parts or organs.

Having worked in pharmaceuticals, I now know that in that industry, it’s not about health, it’s about money. Period.

Alternative and complementary medicine can truly make a difference. Acupuncture, acupressure, chiropractic, Ayurveda, energy healing, essential oils, herbal nutrition and herbal medicine are all extremely effective. And when you begin combining them, its amazing what can happen.

There are medical intuitives that are outrageously accurate – much more accurate than many doctors and diagnostics if you look at the statistics. They can get a person’s name and age and with only that information tell you the illness and some can even tell you why they have that illness. Some very progressive doctors are consulting with them and then they run tests to verify the results. The accuracy is remarkable. Think of all the tests people wouldn’t have to have and the millions, maybe even billions of dollars, that could be saved if more doctors employed this method.

In some hospitals they have a hands on healer in the operating room. Studies prove that patients recover faster and have fewer complications – and yet these practices are still practically unknown. How dumb is that?

In England, when you are admitted to the hospital, you can request a healer. And that person, who is sanctioned by the hospital, is often a nurse or other trained medical professional. They will come and sit with the patient, do hands on healing, employ the use of essential oils and other complementary medicine therapies.

I have heard that in hospitals in Europe, they don’t disinfect with toxic chemicals like we do in the U.S. They disinfect with essential oils – which are just as effective and not toxic to patients, medical staff, or cleaning personnel.

I learned this stuff over 20 years ago and yet so many people – particularly on the east coast where everyone seems to go to the doctor every time they have the sniffles and eat pills by the handful – don’t even know it exists.

I’m not saying doctors are bad people or that western medicine is evil. I simply think that much of the system they are trained in could be vastly improved.

It drives me nuts when people think they should consult their doctor about a nutrition program. Hello – doctors know almost nothing about nutrition. Of course they should consult their physician if they have a serious condition and are taking medications that can have adverse effects if combined with the wrong things or they have allergies, etc.

But powerful nutrition is not about disease. It is about wellness. And the two have almost nothing to do with one another. Few doctors know anything about wellness and prevention. How can you learn about wellness when you study cadavers? Hmmm.

A Naturopathic Physician is another matter and that person, along with many chiropractors and other complementary health professionals, know a great deal about nutrition, wellness, and prevention.

I think if I became ill today, the first person I would seek out is one of those really old Chinese doctors at the acupuncture and Chinese schools of medicine who have so much experience that they don’t even have to do many of the things they teach their students in order to know exactly what is wrong with a person and exactly what to do to fix it. They look at entire systems and how this system interacts with that system. They don’t say you have a tumor in this location. They say that you are too this or too that, that your system needs to correct itself using these things to come back into wellbeing and balance. Wow that makes so much more sense to me than the western alternative.

And again, if it was a really intense emergency situation, I would be in the emergency room at some hospital.

But as soon as things got diagnosed and a bit more under control with western means, I would be Googling alternative therapies and taking handfuls of herbal supplements, following the advice of a Chinese Doctor if I could find a good one, using whatever Dancing Dolphin Energy Healing Oils & Mists I dowsed to be beneficial in this situation.

I would take responsibility for my own health and wellbeing instead of relying entirely on some doctor who I may only get to see for 5 or 10 minutes whenever I have a problem.

Better than any of that though is to be proactive about prevention and to consider health and wellbeing a priority: Learning about and practicing good nutrition, exercising, getting enough rest, drinking lots of pure water (not tap), eliminating toxic substances from your diet and environment, spending time in nature, meditating, and learning effective methods to de-stress. When you are healthy, you are vastly more likely to be happy and to have life work in ways that you desire.
