It’s in everything from packaged foods to soft drinks. You don’t want to have it in your system.

When I ran the internet department for a Nissan dealership in Santa Fe, I often watched the sales guys walk around with giant sodas. They all had a weight problem. One day I noticed that one of the guys had dropped a significant amount of weight.
I asked him what he was doing differently? He didn’t tell me everything he had shifted, but he did share that his mom quit drinking soft drinks and dropped 12 pounds almost instantly. So he did the same. He was doing much more than that, but eliminating high fructose corn syrup from your diet is important, not only for losing weight, but because it is seriously unhealthy in many other ways.
Here are a few articles describing the other dangers of eating and drinking, what I would consider to be poison to your system:

My sweetener of choice has always been stevia concentrate. I have been drinking tea with stevia for about 15 years now. It is a dark liquid made from the stevia plant, also called sweet leaf. When left in the dark form, it has been medically proven to assist with blood pressure and blood sugar regulation or balance. Most products offer a white powder or a clear liquid. They are good choices also, but don’t offer the health benefits of the concentrated dark.
