Calling Back Your Consciousness

In a previous issue of my free email newsletter, “Here’s To Your Magnificence,” I explained great ways to help your physical body deal with shifting energies and our changing times. It also included how to assist your body in handling the very high frequencies that come through if you channel information or energy – particularly working with the platinum ray and the need for additional trace minerals. What I’m offering below is a topic that you will have to deal with at one time or another. I hope you find it useful.

Lately, have you found yourself feeling more tired and having trouble making decisions or having clarity of thought?

You are not alone.

There could be numerous explanations for that. Get out your pendulum, or use applied kinesiology, or whatever method you use to seek inner guidance and get Yes or No answers. Then ask yourself the following questions.

Do I have any noxious or disharmonious energies in my body or energy field?”

If No, then continue below.

Do I have any cords or energetic attachments that are causing me to lose clarity and feel tired?”

If No, then continue below.

If Yes, then dissolve the cords, heal the wounds, and do the adamantine particle exchange described in Freeway to Freedom. (http://www.DolphinEmpowerment.com/spiralingbook.htm)

Is all of my consciousness fully present in this physical reality?”

If yes, then do whatever it takes to increase your physical energy.

If No, then you are experiencing symptoms of becoming multi-dimensional. Your mind and part of your consciousness is here in this reality. Another part of you is off in another realm or dimension or time/space reality. You may be in many places simultaneously.

If you are curious about where your consciousness is, you can sit quietly in a meditative state and ask your Higher Self and Guides to show you where you are. And you might see, hear, or feel (intuit) what the rest of you is doing. If you can’t do this yet, don’t worry about it.

If you find that you are having tiredness and clarity issues because you are going multi-dimensional, I feel it is important to ask the following question before you call all of your consciousness back.

Here is the question. “Is what I am doing in this other realm very important or critical?” If I get yes to that question, then I just leave my consciousness where it is and ask my Higher Self and guides to assist me with having more energy and clarity here now. If I get No, then I say “I want all of my consciousness fully present here now. Thanks.” And within minutes I’ll be back to “normal.”

These are crazy times. You are not alone. Legions of help are at your side twenty-four hours a day. But you do have to ask for their help. Nothing is too trivial. Can’t find your keys. Ask for help. Car won’t start. Ask for help. Having a rough day at work. Ask for help. Not feeling happy. Ask for help. And on and on and on.

Are You Sure It’s Actually Your Problem?

I teach a lot of people a lot of things:

  • how to heal issues from the past
  • how to forgive
  • how to reclaim your passion and purpose
  • how to experience greater levels of inner peace and joy
  • how to rise in consciousness and awareness
  • how to access higher wisdom
  • how to clear disharmonious negative energies from yourself, as well as your home, work, and other environments

The list could go on of course.

But that last one I mentioned about dealing with something negative in yourself or your environment . . . how do you know it is actually your “stuff” that you are dealing with?

Often, in fact, it is not!

I’m sure you are probably wondering what I am talking about.

Sometimes you unexpectedly experience negative emotions like anger, sadness, or fear. Other times, you might wake up with this uneasy feeling that you can’t quite put your finger on.

Dowsers and highly intuitive people often start looking for the cause of those feelings. They will ask questions like, “Is something ‘bad’ about to happen?” Or, “Am I upset about what Nancy said to me yesterday?”

It’s one thing to encounter a person or situation and have an immediate reaction. You know exactly what was done or said that upset you. And you can decide to forgive or have a conversation with the person to clear the air.

But when you have an unexpected negative emotion or feeling, it becomes very taxing sometimes to figure out why and then to rid yourself of it.

Often, the problem is that it simply isn’t your “stuff.” You’ve picked up on the feelings, often outwardly unexpressed, that someone else is running.

Sometimes it is as if you have run into a negative vortex (like a little energy tornado) and now you are stuck there. These “icky” feelings might last a few hours, a few days, a few weeks . . . may we have a drum roll please . . . EVEN A FEW YEARS!

No, I’m not making this up and I’m not kidding.

It’s bad enough that you have energetic ties (cords) to people that can negatively affect you that will remain in place until they are removed properly.

But now you have to be concerned about picking up other people’s negative energy and emotions.

I’ll never forget the time I was terrified of being audited by the IRS.

O.K., first of all, I had nothing to fear. I always file my taxes accurately and on time. So, there was no obvious ‘reason’ the fear was so pronounced.

But day after day for several weeks, I would wake up with this gripping fear that I’d done something wrong on my taxes. I tried all kinds of things to rid myself of the feeling.

I don’t ever seem to be terrified about things. Having meditated for so many years, I live in a calm centered place almost all the time. Obsessive worry is a completely foreign concept to my reality. So these feelings and thoughts were almost unbearable.

When I repeatedly dowsed about being audited, I always got “no.” But I just couldn’t seem to rid myself of the thoughts and feelings.

Then one day a woman from the homeschool co-op that I was part of shared that she and her husband had been going through this horrific audit by the IRS. They had been dealing with it for weeks on end.

You have got to be kidding me!

I had been going through absolute agony and it wasn’t even my stuff.

And even worse than that, I already knew better. I had already been down this road several times and had some truly fast and effective methods for handling it.

I couldn’t believe I hadn’t remembered to ask the all important question. (Read on to find out what that is . . .)

Being in a feminine body means that I am naturally receptive. On top of that, my astrological sign is Pisces. Since Pisces is a water sign, it means that I am, therefore, naturally more sensitive to energy and emotion than many other people. Having raised my consciousness and awareness significantly over the past couple of decades, my sensitivity has been amplified even more. All of that is great for working with healing energies and picking up on the subtle. But it is not so great for dealing with intense negative emotions.

So . . .

Until I figured out what was happening, I had become a garbage collector. Other people had a lot of emotional junk. And I kept picking it up and carrying it for them.

I couldn’t believe I hadn’t recognized that sooner about the IRS issue.

Maybe you find yourself obsessing about:

  • needing more money
  • declining health
  • making a mistake
  • upsetting someone
  • or something else

What if you have been worried about those things for a long time and it isn’t even your stuff?

And, if you are worried about those things, your natural flow of “good stuff” in those areas can’t happen?

Yikes!

You can’t have good health if you are obsessing about poor health.

You can’t have money flooding in your direction if you worried about not having enough.

So you see, it is critical that you not run fear about such things if you want to be healthy, happy, successful, charismatic, lovable, full of joy . . . you get the idea.

So what should you do when a negative emotion pops up?

The first question you should ask is: “Is this mine?”

If the answer is “Yes,” then you need to do some healing.

If the answer is “No,” then you need to clear out the energy. In my upcoming book on dowsing, I give you a great method for handling it immediately and effectively.

Wow, How I LOVE Pendulums and Dowsing

Dowsing Pendulums

I just love pendulums. The things I’m able to figure out, in almost no time at all, amazes me continuously.

Last week right after dinner, both my upper and lower abdomen began hurting intensely. That is a very unusual experience for me. Pain and I don’t dance very often. But I remembered feeling somewhat uncomfortable a few days before that right after a meal.

Now what?

Freak out and rush to the doctor and go through a battery of tests? Schedule an appointment with someone who can determine if I have a food allergy? What other choices might there be?

My choice was to take some acidophilus and get out my pendulum.

My first question was “Is my system being upset by a particular food?”

I got a “yes.”

So then I went through the list of what I had to eat and drink during dinner asking “Is it this one?” I got a yes on tomatoes.

Wow, I had eaten tomatoes on my veggie burger and also had tomatoes two days prior with some other meal. I hardly ever eat them. Isn’t it interesting that my mom can’t eat tomatoes either.

It took me less than 5 minutes and cost me absolutely nothing.

Of course, I could take it much further and use the pendulum to determine what I need to do to heal the upset and to heal my system reacting to tomatoes.

If you don’t already dowse or know how to muscle test (use applied kinesiology), then your logic and what you can learn from reading and what your friends and others have to say about a particular health product is all you have to go by. Dowsing and applied kinesiology let your body tell you what you need. It saves tons of time and money in your pursuit of good health.
