Wise Women Global Gathering for Peace

Wise Women Global Gathering Global Meditation Prayer

Wise Women Global Gathering.

I am a firm believer that the only way to have peace “without” is to have peace within. It starts with each one of us. Watching the online news broadcasts live last evening (Nov. 13th), I was not in fear, anger, or judgment, I was in compassion and interest at what was unfolding in my world.

Power, greed, control, these are male ego issues. The more you align with Divine Mother, the more you see all of the earth as “yours” – a part of you, an extension of you, an emanation of you – like being a grandmother to all of life. That doesn’t work for everyone of course. But it is my view. If I am at peace and I raise my vibration high enough, particularly if I hold an intention of peace while others do as well, it does affect the world around me.

I’ve been “feeling it” for awhile – that I would be doing another gathering of women for a global cause. It wasn’t until Nov. 9th that I felt hit by the bolt of cosmic lightening and the realization of what it was to be about. I saw a video with Jack Black talking about COP21, global climate change, and Paris and instantly KNEW that was the place to focus.

I had no idea, when I was “inspired” (guided from within) to put together the Wise Women Global Gathering and to focus all the prayers and energy on Paris, that the horrific events of the 13th would be occurring there.

The same thing happened when I was still living in New Mexico and felt I absolutely had to book tickets to come visit my parents in Virginia. As soon as I booked the flight, the mass murder occurred on the Virginia Tech campus. When I came to visit, I went to campus, did prayers, shed quite a few tears, floated flowers on the Duck Pond and did some clearing work to balance out the energies and release the fear and sadness surrounding that event.

We will be sending love, Light, and prayers all over the world to those who are suffering and those stuck in fear, anger, hatred, and separation from their own Divine nature. Paris is a focal point. Suffering and the need for support and compassion is global.

I am very much a “global citizen.” I care about people, animals, and the earth everywhere. I’ve always been that way. The news media is extraordinarily biased. I avoid it whenever possible. I spent most of the day (after the Paris attacks) doing online research about what is really going on behind the scenes, in war zones, the greatest loss of life worldwide, where children are suffering, etc.

This was the most comprehensive I came across: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ongoing_armed_conflicts

And there is also this: http://www.globalissues.org/article/715/today-21000-children-died-around-the-world

Please join in on Nov. 29th, 8 p.m. where ever you are and be sure to let other Wise Women know about it and join in as well.

What Labels Do You Give Yourself and Others That Keep You From the Divine Truth?

StopLabelingSm

How to let go of the labels and step into the Divine truth, the magnificence, the uniqueness, and oneness of who you are.

This video does an extraordinary job of discussing labels. Labels divide us. They make us compare and disconnect from others.

The video talks about the division between races. But labels go much further. They divide us because of religion, gender, economic status, education level and so much more.

We are all human. We are all emanations of the same Divine Source. We are all living extraordinary spiritual adventures here on planet earth and are here to grow and evolve as individuals. A few of the lessons we each must learn along the way include the realization of how we are similar, that Creator made everyone equal, that all are beautiful children of the Divine and no one is more or less blessed than another. Each person is born with unique gifts and talents and all are sacred.

When you look deeply into someone’s eyes, you look beyond skin color and other apparent differences. You touch the beauty of the soul. The truth of what lives there is love.

When you discover your own magnificence, your own sacredness, when your self esteem and joy soar because you know are one with All That Is, it becomes infinitely easier to see the beauty and sacredness of others.

Ahhh what a glorious feeling to be in Unity with All.

May you find great joy and meaning in these words,

How to Handle Bullies and Aggressive People in Meetings and Everywhere Else

Handling Bullies and Aggressive People
A friend was recently seeking advice because she had been put into a leadership position and found herself suddenly dealing with aggressive people who were dominating her meetings.
This was some of my advice, “What a great opportunity to practice setting and holding boundaries.
I have tons of experience leading meetings, workers, and projects where I had to learn how to handle bullies and other aggressive people.

If you set an agenda for each meeting, then it is easier to say “we must move on to the next topic.” Sometimes if people simply don’t know how to play nice, then I take one meeting or part of a meeting to teach them. Teach them how to brainstorm, how everyone’s opinion matters and that its fine to debate a topic, but not to be unkind to others in the process.

The “bullies on the playground,” as I like to call them, can absolutely ruin a good time. Sometimes all their aggression and domination of a meeting is a little immature child who never felt heard. Acknowledging them, thanking them for their ideas and contributions, etc. can sometimes pacify this immature child within.

If it persists, I would talk with them privately outside the meeting and discuss how “aggressive” they seem and if there is a way to tone that down for meetings. Of course you can’t come right out and say aggressive or anything that might turn on that confrontational aspect of the person.

Read everything you can about personality types, DISC for example, group dynamics, that sort of thing.

My best ally in moments like this is just to stay centered and balanced no matter what and listen for that still small voice within to gently nudge me in the right direction on what to say and do in each now moment. Doing things that way has had absolutely miraculous results. I’ve done some pretty crazy things inside teams and it’s all worked – because it was my gut / intuition inspiring me to do so. For me its about “feeling out” the situation and each person and not so much a figuring it out with my brain.

You have to find a way to genuinely like and appreciate all the people, even the ones you wish weren’t part of the meeting.

My first spiritual teacher, Stuart Wilde, had this great technique. You close your eyes before a meeting or situation and you see the person shrinking down to a tiny little person about 1 1/2 inches tall. You see them so small they can run around on your hand. In diminishing their size physically, you are also diminishing their perceived power over you or situations. Instead of a giant monster in the way of joy or productive meetings, they become a comical little silly thing that makes you laugh. It shifts the energy enough to actually make a difference. Nothing has really changed of course, except your opinion about all of it.

Best of luck!”

It is not always easy to find the “good” in everyone or to genuinely learn to like and appreciate them. Visit this link to read my article about learning to love, honor, and appreciate everyone.

10 Great Tips on How to Love, Honor, and Appreciate Everyone!

Love-HonorSm

It is not always easy to find the “good” in everyone or to genuinely learn to like and appreciate them.

I have a set of beliefs that makes this easier, or at least worth attempting to do. These beliefs or realizations are based on years of study, experience, and what I call “divine revelation (they come to me spontaneously in meditation and at other times when I am quiet and at peace)”:

  1. We are all emanations of the same Divine Source. You can say we are all children of God or spirits inside a body having a human experience or whatever words resonate most with you. The bottom line is, that spark of Divinity inside each of us is worthy of respect.
  2. Regardless of how they are acting, this is a little saying I “received” one day: They are doing the best they can with what they’ve got, whether its what they’ve experienced or what they’ve been taught.
  3. Bullies have typically been bullied. A very famous comment is “Hurt people, hurt people.” Any act of unkindness is typically a sign that the person has been seriously mistreated. I find it easier to feel compassion knowing this.
  4. Our job is to love, honor, accept, and appreciate everyone. There are a multitude of reasons for this. One of those reasons is that if we do that to others, then others will do it to us – the Law of Cause and Effect. Love, honor, acceptance, and appreciation is what everyone is seeking and deserves. Attempting to do that for everyone is my version of following The Golden Rule.
  5. Everything in life happens for a reason. Any discomfort going on in the moment is about learning something about who you are (the shadow self) and the opportunity to heal whatever needs to be healed. It is never about the other person and what they are doing or saying. How are you reacting (and why)? Is it showing you judgments, expectations, “shoulds,” and other things that definitely need to be healed and let go of.
  6. Very similar to the last one … all is as it should be.
  7. Our job is to embrace each moment, not fight against it. I have MANY articles about how to flow with change rather than resist.
  8. Every moment of every day is on purpose. Your soul is here on a spiritual adventure to evolve and grow. Every moment, every encounter, every situation, every person is there because your soul called them there for you to learn something, experience something, etc. Instead of being angry at the person or situation, fighting it, wishing it was different, go deeper and ask “why,” what can I learn, what can I heal, what can I let go of, how is this thought, belief, or judgment holding me back from becoming the person I am intending (on a soul level) to be?
  9. Joy is your natural state of being. Feeling anything less than that is an opportunity to learn and grow. The more out of sorts, angry, sad, riled up over things you are, the more easily something deeply buried is to find, heal, and release.
  10. And finally one of the other sayings I received through divine revelation: You have to get comfortable with being uncomfortable.

In order to step into your true Magnificence, you have to get outside of your comfort zone. It is in those moments of discomfort, when you are feeling stretched, pushed, and uncomfortable, that the greatest positive change is possible.

I would not be a bestselling author if I had not moved beyond my discomfort to take the actions required to do so.

I would not be nearly as healthy, happy, or have such a joy-filled adventurous life if I had not gone WAY outside my comfort zone on numerous occasions to try new things, study new things, look at everything from a completely different perspective, or do and say things that were uncomfortable.

Helping others find peace, joy, and gain a new perspective, even while going through a really rough time, is one of my super powers. I offer private consultations for those needing laser-targeted assistance and wishing to make huge leaps in consciousness and awareness, truly breaking free of blocks and limitations and stepping into their true Magnificence. For those in a leadership role, these breakthroughs allow them to be of even greater service and help even more people in a bigger way.

All of the Dancing Dolphin Sacred Healing Oils & Mists assist in bringing peace and a new perspective as well.

Have a glorious day!

The Power of Dolphin Orca Healing Energy

The Power of Orca Dolphin Healing Energy

Years ago I received a call from a very powerful and well-known healer from Hawaii. She wanted a private session. We scheduled the session for 6 p.m. on an evening that my son was going to be away all night on a camping adventure with the Boy Scouts. Driving home after dropping him off, I had the realization that the session was not only going to be for her, but also for me.

We had never met. Her inner guidance navigated her to my Dolphin Empowerment website, as it does for so many.

As soon as the conversation began, the energy started moving, and profound insights began to pour in for both of us.

What had originally been planned as a 45 minute to 1-hour session turned into a 6-hour energy healing extravaganza. We talked, we laughed, we shared stories all while the energy was pouring through both of us.

When it was all said and done, I had helped her to turn on the more finely-tuned nurturing aspects of the dolphin healing energies she works with, while she helped me to connect more fully with the truly intense orca healing energies that really power it up, amp it up, to blast through pretty much anything standing in the way. That power is exemplified by how you feel almost blown backwards when an orca breaches (leaps completely from the water). When dolphins frolic, its joyful, playful, creating an almost giddy level of joy. Orca … mmmmm …. that’s power and that is my true resonance. That is why only those who are truly ready and dedicated to experiencing real, tangible shifts in their life tend to show up to participate in my programs, have private sessions, or use my products. They aren’t designed for people who just want to be mentally stimulated or entertained.

There is a reason I was drawn to live in the Northwest, connect deeply with the orca, Lolita, and her family there. There has always been a very intense side to me with Aries rising, being an only child, greatly preferring a dramatic clothing style over other choices, and being a natural-born leader. This activation was an opportunity to step more fully into the truth of who I am and what I’m here for.

In one of the Facebook chats I used to offer, I used that blasting energy to break up some pretty icky energy hanging around someone. As soon as I started talking about blasting, inviting the others to join me in that intention, and I began using the sounds I create for such work, the person watching the energy in her space began to see Golden light – where before all she had seen was darkness.

Dolphin orca healing energy … Powerful stuff!
